Dr. Hauspie is especially well known for her work, together with Prof. dr. em. Johan Lust and Erik Eynikel, on the Greek lexicography and grammar of the Septuagint (a Jewish translation of the Hebrew Bible) entitled “A Greek-English lexicon of the Septuagint” which has become a standard reference work in Septuagint studies. She has also received acclaim for her work on the book of Ezekiel.
